The 7620 Metropole is a chunky, hand-drawn curtain pole designed for medium to heavyweight curtains.

  • Silent Operation: Patented Silent Gliss gliders offer outstandingly smooth operation
  • Wall or Ceiling Mounting: Supplied with brackets for wall-fixing as standard or choose the standard ceiling-fix brackets in the 'more options' section.

Customisation Options

  • All Curtain Configurations: Supplied for 'pair stack' curtains that meet in the middle as standard. If you have a single curtain, be sure to select the change the configuration in the 'more options' section below.
  • Suitable for Bay Windows: Select the required number of bends and we'll contact you for more details.
  • Versatile Installation: Comes with brackets for wall-fixing as standard. Ceiling-fix brackets also available.
  • Glider Options: Choose from standard or wave gliders, and upgrade to roller gliders for heavier curtains.
  • Finials to suit all styles: Opt for the basic end cap, or upgrade for something truly remarkable.

    For lighter curtains, consider the 7610 or 7620 Metropoles. The 7605 Metroflat is available for those looking for a sleek and rectangular profile.

    Silent Gliss SG 7620 ‘Metropole’ hand operated curtain track system. Comprises 50 mm aluminium profile SG 11607 supplied made to measure with 2C gliders SG 11300 at 14/m, 2 no. end covers SG 11605 and 2 no. end stops SG 6065. Supplied as standard with wall ’face’ fix Maxi brackets SG 20334 at max. 600 mm centres. Optional wall fix brackets SG 11206-11208 / SG 11216-11218 / SG 11209 / SG 11472 / Fillet bracket SG 11669. Bent systems for wall ’face’ fix supplied as standard with adjustable Smart Fix bracket SG 11209. Ceiling ‘top’ fix with plate SG 6151 / bracket SG 6175 / SG 11668 at max. 600 mm centres. Finished in Black, White, Matt White, Ecru, Slate Grey, Bronze, Antique Bronze, Silver Anodised, Anodic Grey and Taupe. A range of decorative finials are available. Silent Gliss Wave option is available using 60 mm glider cord SG 11303 / 80 mm glider cord SG 11302 / 80 mm roller glider cord SG 6099.

    2. Place the Order: Shortly afterwards, we'll email you a link where you can provide detailed measurements and photos of your window.
    3. Professional Review: Our window treatment experts will create a precise technical diagram which will be emailed to you for final review.
    4. Check the Design: It's essential that you thoroughly check the technical diagram as it's what we'll use for manufacturing. Please note that we are not liable for any inaccuracies, and refunds for 'made-to-measure' products are not possible.
    5. Manufacturing Process: The manufacturing of your product commences on the working day after you approve the technical diagram. This stage can take up to five working days.
    6. Packing and Shipping: Your custom-made item will be carefully packed in a custom-built wooden frame for protection and dispatched via a next-day service.
